Hard drive - FAT32 with NTFS Partition?

Can someone explain to me how to remove this partition and load XP? fdisk
 
Simply boot to xp cd,new installation,remove the partition(s),create one,then
xp formats & installs auto.Or boot to xp cd,recovery,press enter for
password,
select 1 for C: Type:DiskPart In DiskPart,delete the partition(s),press
ESC key
when thru.
