you will have to go into fdisk with a bootdisk and delete any active
partitions and create the partitions you want then it will show up and you
can format it in My Computer, be sure you are working with drive #2 when in
fdisk so you do not delete your partitions on drive #1 which is your primary
drive.
Right click on My Computer and click Manage. Under Storage select Disk
Management. Look for your new disk, if it's previously been formatted you
may need to assign a drive letter. If not you can partition and format for
the Disk Management screen.
