Hard drive copy

Jans

I need to move whole contents of my OS hard drive ( 120gig Sata) to new one
( 250gig Sata2).
How do I do it ? I remember that used to be Dos comment for this however I
do not remember it , and I am not sure if I could use it with WinXPpro.

Thanks

You need a ghosting program if you are wanting use the operating system on
the new 250. There are a few out there but the only one I have used is
Norton Ghost. If you are just trying to copy all the files and aren't
worried about booting from the 250 then use the xcopy command.

The new hard drive will come with a utility to do this if you buy it
retail. If you buy whitebox, go to the drive mftr.'s website and
download the utility.
