Hanging??

I am working on a laptop with XP pro on it.
It hangs at various different times, but isnt related to
resources or programs.
I am suspecting a virus, don't know of any with this MO.
Any ideas would be welcome.

Hi,

Check the event viewer and run this small app. From there read the log
file. You are looking for suspicious running .exe's under the run keys.
