hands free profile for xp

i am have windows xp pack 1 & i am trying to connect a bluetooth headset to
my PC with bluetooth dongle but it is not connecting & asking for ( handsfree
profile ) for the windows xp.... con you help me how to solve this
problem...thanks

Did you install the drivers/follow the instructions for the device?
