Maybe I am missing something, but is there are reason the printing
cannot be done ahead of time?
If you must print and distribute the material during your presentation,
you should keep a 2nd PC, a printer, and a copier with you. Of course,
depending on the number of copies and the size of the presentation you
might be on slide 5 for a long time.

There are ways to use VBA to print while viewing a slide show. It's not
very difficult, but it requires VBA, so it could add a level of
complexity that you don't want to get into. Perhaps, you could explain a
little more about what you are trying to do (and why because you seem to
want to do something strange, but you probably have a perfectly good
reason for it), and we could suggest a better solution.
