Handouts with lines for notes

We have reduced all our slides by half so we can fit five lines for notes
under each slide. This is for printing out handouts for our students so they
can add their own notes.

We know we can halve the slides in Print Preview, but what do we need to do
to put lines on the bottom? HELP!

File > Send to > Microsoft Word. Select Blank lines beneath slides.

You can't resize or move the slide thumbnails for printing in PPT. You can
add lines by going to View|Master|Handout Master, but again, you won't be
able to move/resize the slides there.

For that, you need to use File|Send to|Word, choose 1 slide + lines and size
the thumbnails in Word.
