Powerpoint Handout: Multiple Slides per page with lines for notes?

B

Bryan

My wife wants to prepare a student handout of a PowerPoint presentation.
She wants to show 4 slides per page and wants lines for notes adjacent to or
below each slide.
How is this accomplished? I've seen it, so I know it can be done; I just
don't know where to start.
Thanks

You can easily get THREE slides per page with notes. When you choose to
print, look for "Print What" and choose Handouts. Then choose the option
for 3 slides per page. Getting four is a bit trickier, but might be doable
by modifying what you get when you choose File > Send To > Microsoft Office
Word. Alternatively, you could do something like use the Handout Wizard
add-in (http://skp.mvps.org/how/).
