Handouts only shows headings?

I want to print handouts with 3 slides per page but am only getting the top
header on each screenshot. I was using the 'build' setting when running as a
presentation to display point by point but have since turned off in all
slides. Not sure what else to try?
 
Are you printing to a black and white printer? Try changing print to
grayscale or color.

Are you printing in black and white? You may need to
adjust your B/W or grayscale settings. Go to View > Color
Grayscale. If you are, indeed, printing in B/w (or
grayscale) you'll see the same problem here (headers
only) and you'll need to adjust your settings. To do
that, right click on the item that "you can't see",
find "Black & White" or "Grayscale settings" then make
your selection.
