Hadrdrive Not showing under Windows

Using Win XP Pro SP2.

I have just fitted a second hard drive that shows under System Properties,
Hardware, Device Manager (and right click on Properties shows that "The
device is working properly") yet the drive does not show up under Windows.

Where to now? Thanks.

Geoff, rt click on MyComputer>select Manage>Disk Management and look for
the Drive there. If yes rt click and select a
drive letter for it.

Partition and format it. It will not be seen in MyComputer before that..
