had sasser worm

had sasser worm 32 it keeps bringing up wj view error ,think i have got rid of it but everytime i right mouse click a desktop icon it shuts desktop down and taskbar dis appears and returns its doing my head in any help please

I used Stinger, from McAfee. Worked like a charm
