I received a message that I had been Hacked - what does
that mean and what should I do about it?

First, it could be a hoax! Second, make sure you have both
(1) an anti virus (e.g. Norton AV 2003) kept up-to-date.
(2) a firewall or better yet a LinkSys router to keep out
the worms and hackers.

Third, run a system scan for viruses. - RM
 
Paul, it maybe a bogus message. Possibly from some Security Software
site. Also, DON'T open any e-mails claiming to
be from Microsoft. They are all Virus ridden.
 
Hackers usually prefer you to find out on your own, rather than announce
it.
