Hacked windows server

We temporaraly had our windows 2003 server unprotected without a
firewall etc. I think it has been hacked, the administrator account
dosn't have admin rights anymore. so I cant install programs/updates
etc. Does anyone know what to do?

Rebuild it, and don't put it on the Internet unless it is 1) patched
completely and 2) protected by a firewall, at the minimum.

In addition to other advice, keep in mind that Windows 2003 has a built in ICF
firewall like XP does. --- Steve
