I purchased guild wars software for the free online play. After laoding the
screen turns black and an error message box comes up with, ialmrnt5 display
driver has stopped. What could cause this? Do I need a special graphics card?
Thanks for any suggestions! Jeff.........

How does your system compare to the system requirements for Guildwars?

c.. 256 MB RAM
d.. CD-ROM Drive
e.. 2 GB Available HDD Space
f.. ATI Radeon 8500 or GeForce 3 or 4 MX Series Video Card with 32MB of VRAM
g.. 16-bit Sound Card
h.. Internet connection
i.. Keyboard and mouse
Recommended System Specs:

b.. Intel Pentium® III 1GHz or equivalent
c.. 512 MB RAM

Special Note: These system specifications are for the released version of Guild Wars. Those participating in the World Preview Event or the Beta Weekend Event, as well as our alpha and beta testers, will find that they require more available hard drive space in the short term. This extra space will not be needed when Guild Wars goes gold.
