Dose Windows XP have a GUI version of the DOS based
ipconfig? If some reason I remember see a GUI version of
ipconfig. Can someone help me?

Windows XP doesn't have anything built in. The Wntipcfg tool from
Windows NT works on XP. Get it here:

The information from ipconfig is available in the status of
a network connection -> support tab -> details. I don't
know if there's a more direct way to access this
information. (This doesn't exactly answer your question,
but it is a GUI with ipconfig's information.)
