Guests can Connect but not Disconnect

Members of the Guests group on my XP SP2 can initiate a dial-up connection, but they cannot
subsequently disconnect it. How can I enable disconnecting for these users?

Hi Barry,

Are you sure that the Guest accounts can initiate a dial-up connection?
IIRC, the "connect" options will be greyed out for guest accounts.

I have two dial-up accounts; Guest accounts can connect one, but no the other. Neither can be
disconnected. I don't have a clue what the difference is. Is there any kind of ACL for dial-up
connections?

No idea, Barry. I tried to repro the problem, but could not. IOW, I could
not initialize a RAS connection (tried to different dial-up connections)
from Guest account.
