guestbook submission prompts login?

Accessing the form directly on the site (not through FrontPage) and when I
test it by clicking on submit comments I get prompted to login. What am I
doing wrong?
 
Is guestlog.htm in the _private folder? If not, open the web in
FrontPage and move guestlog.htm into the _private folder.
