guest only while try access from local network

xp pro on workgroup, guest disable, with two administrators accounts.
the Local Policy allow to evryone access from network. but when i try
to access to the files from other PC, I got logon dialog that user is
guest, and no way to change it?

Probably you are using guest authentication, and this method will not work
if the guest account is disabled.

Since it is a good idea to disable the guest account, you should switch to
the classic authentication. Pchuck's website
contains detailed instructions. MVP Jack's does as well.

You'll get a Guest only login if Simple File Sharing is enabled.

You need to disable Simple File Sharing, and activate the two administrators
accounts for network access.
