Ben

The guest account on my pc, for some reason.....the
internet explorer doesn't want to come up using the icon
on my desktop, or even going through the program files in
the IE folder.
A window pops up saying something about sending microsoft
the problem etc etc.
I can access it through a different window ( my computer)
and use the 'favourites' tab. But even then...i did try
to access the newsgroups from the guest account and
the "post a new msg" window wouldn't come up...just the
same error msg.
Any ideas?
Thanx!

The Guest account is not, as one would expect, for when you want to be
hospitable. In true multi-user operating systems like Windows XP,
Linux, Unix, etc., it is used for very limited and temporary access. If
you are trying to let a friend or another family member use your
computer, you'd do better to make them an account of their own. Use the
User Accounts applet in Control Panel. You can make them a Limited User
rather than Administrative, which would be wise.
