Guest Account don't acceso to internet

I am the computer owner; same times my office partners
have get my computer for use Internet, but I don't want
that they don't use my personal files, then I create a
Guest account, they can enter for this account, but I
don't can use Internet. My computer is connect to
Internet by domestic red.
Please I need know, How I can do for set up my computer
for my friends can be use Internet when they use guest
account in my computer.

to log on to the computer, establish a dial up connection, then use Fast
User Switching to switch to the Guest account and keep the dial up

To my it seems that the connection to Internet is
available, but to my it seems that the access is blocked
or is restricting.¶
When I try to enter some address, this does not respond
anything, does not enter;¶ the little flag of Windows
does not move, does not wave.¶
¶But, when I have tried to enter to the address of
www.microsoft, it's possible without problems, and I can
use the different options (but only in microsoft).¶
¶My friends of the office request my computer to me, for
this, I open a User Guest account, so that they cannot
enter my personal folders and thus they can enter the
Internet, but have this problem, don't can enter to
others address.¶ Please, I wanted that you help me to
know what I do.¶
