Guest account disabledbut still reports in use

I used both Belarc Advisor and new MS Baseline Security v2.0 to perform an
audit on my WinXP Home Edition system. Both reported that the Guest Account
was NOT disabled. When I check this throguh User Accounts it reports that
the Guest Account IS disabled. How to confirm which report is accurate.

Goto C:\Documents and Settings and delete the Guest folder
