Gudie gives error when setting up.

When I get to the part of the set-up where I am actualy downloading the
listings after typing in my zip code and choosing my cable provider I recive
this error http://www.ratvisionproductions.com/tim/help.PNG . I've tried
disableing my firewall and restarting the pc but nothing has helped. I can
still watch live TV and do manual recordings.
