GTA 2 On XP Doesn't Work... HELP

Hello, I am trying to get GTA2 to run on XP. It installs perfectly
fine... but it won't run at all... not even in compatibility mode!
Someone help me.. my system stats are below:

Windows XP Home SP1
AMD AthlonXP 2400+ 2.0GHz
128MB RAM
16MB S3 SavageDDR AGP
40GB HDD

Anyone with any idea... help me out, and again, compatibility mode
doesn't work. Thanks.
