GSM 6.10 codec missing

I installed some new soundcodecs for my new computer cause I had some
problems with an echo in the sound... But now the codec GSM 6.10 is missing
(you use it for Ventrilo). I need to find it cause I use Vent alot!

Please, help me find it!
