Grouping Question:

Hello..

I would like to have my report setup like this:

Employee #1
-----------------
Spouse(s)
#1
#2
#etc
Children(s)
#1
#2
#etc
Vehicle(s)
#1
#2
#etc

Employee #2
-----------------
Spouse(s)
#1
#2
#etc
Children(s)
#1
#2
#etc
Vehicle(s)
#1
#2
#etc

I have the spouse/children/veh all have their own group heading... I have
also tried group footing and that didn't work.. the text box Children Names
Spouses Names Vehicle(s) keep repeating for each entery.... I.E.

Vehicle(s) ABC123
Vehicle(s) 123456
Vehicle(s) LUVBUG

Where I want it to look like this for each entry:

Vehicle(s)
ABC123
123456
LUVBUG

Same for the Children

Thanks for your help!!

Sounds like the vehicles and children would be subreports. This is a
one-to-many relationship and the "many" side would normally be done as a
subreport.

Rick..

You are correct it is a one to many.... Is there anyway I can get it so
it doesn't looke like a sub report? When ever I insert a sub report... it
has the scroll bars etc.. How can I get it to look like the report with
having a subreport?

Thanks
