Grouping order lines to print on separate pages

I have access 2003, access is all new to me. I have manage to set up with
the help of a friend a report which is picing up on our purchase orders and
other data we imported from a spread sheet. The report picks up on one order
at a time which is what we want, I have the information I need in the details
section of the report editor body, but the information in our purchase order
is all grouped together. We have built this report to be able to compile
alot more detail for our supplier as it is not possible in our accounting
program, but I need to be able to group the items by each of our supplier
codes, so each supplier code with all the relevent information prints on a
seperate page. At present all the details print grouped, each supplier item
needs to print on a seperate page to fit all the instructions and images. We
have the supplier item code first in the report, then to the right of this
code is usually multiple lines for a breakdown of colours and parts and these
need to be kept together but printed seperate pages.

Hope this makes sense and someone can help in beginners language.

Check out the Sorting and Grouping options for the report (these a toolbar
icon and its under the View menu). Add a grouping based on the supplier ID.
in the Grouping dialog, specify to have a group header. In the group
header you can add the supplier name and other pertinant information. Last
click on the group header section in the report and open its properties
dialog. You'll find an option to force a new page before the section; set
that to true.
