Group Totals

Invoice - # Inv Date - Quantity
Product Total

Product
Invoice - # Inv Date - Quantity
Product Total Sum=([Quantity])
This works. Now I want the Grand Total for each product on the final page.
I can get a grand total for all products but I want a grand total for each
product.

Thanks for your help.

Create a totals query similar to your report's record source that provides
grand totals for each product. Use this totals query as the record source for
a subreport to place in your report footer.

I created a report that give me totals for each product line and I inserted
this into the main report. As of now I have four products but when I print
out the main report I can only see one. If I look at the subreport I can see
all the products. What have I done wrong?

Thanks again,

Remove the field names from the Link Master/Child properties of the subreport
control.

The link master/child filters the subreport based on a value in the main
report. This is generally very useful with most subreports and subforms.
