Group the duplicate Date to one cell

I would like to group the date into one cell. Would you mind to give
me a help?

If the date is already in one cell then the custom
formatting or Date/Time format will change the entry to
any format you like.

If date is in column A and time is in column B then
column c is =A1 & B1

The ampersand joins the two sets of data.
