group policy troubleshooting

i have a problem with my windows 2000 machine..
when i take domain controller security policy ..i found an
group policy error message...an invalid dn syntax has been
specified...

how i can solve this prob..

Anil,

Can you give us more information?

With what WIN2000 machine(s) are you having a problem? I can only assume
with a Domain Controller...since you mentioned the domain controller
security policy.

Do you know what a DN is? It is the Distinguished Name and is usually in
the format of "DN: CN=DC01,OU=Domain Controllers,DC=yourdomain,DC=com".

What steps have you taken? have you used GPOTOOLS or GPRESULT? Are there
any Event IDs? If so, what are they?
