Group policy question

I set up a TS server in it's own OU and am creating Group Policy for it but
for the life of me can't get the remote assistance turned off at the bottom
of the start menu.

Does anyone know how I can do that? What setting fixes that.

Sorry, I had a brainfart, if you have RA, then it's 2003. Force the classic
start menu which doesn't display the pinned items in the start menu.
