Group Policy Permissions

I want to deploy stand alone XP Pro machines without an
active directory backend but on an NT4 domain. I want to
use Group policy on the local machine level to lock some
things down. Users will be local admins on each of thier
machines however I want to deny them access to the group
policy editor on their local PC. Anyone know how this can
be accomplished. Thanks.

I can think of a couple things you could try, but each one
is imperfect in the face of your saying that the users will
be admins on their machines. Anything you do they will
be able to walk around.
