Group Policy - Passwords

Active Directory has a group policy called password complexity or "passwords must meet complexity requirements" but I can not find where that setting is. Can you give me the location within AD where I can find it.

- Open Active Directory Users and Computers
- Right click on whatever Organizational Unit you want
to set the password complexity
- Select Properties
- Click on Group Policy tab
- Click Edit button
- Under computer configuration click on (+) plus sign
beside Windows Settings to expand it
- Click on the (+) plus sign beside Security Settings to
expand it
- Click on (+) plus sign beside Account Policies to
expand it
- Click Password Policy
- You should see "password must meet complexity
requirements" on the right
