group policy on backup domain controller (BDC)

group policy in active directory does not replicate from
primary domain controller(PDC) to BDC.

does win200 allow group policy on BDC? It is working
correctly on PDC.

BDC refers to NT4.0 which will not support Group Policy/AD. In W2K domain
controllers are essentialy equal with the exception of the fsmo and global
catalog server roles. They all however contain writeable copies of AD.
Usually when there is a problem, the first thing to check is your dns
settings. See link below for more info on that. Running dcdiag on domain
controllers looking for failed tests also will be very helpful. It is
located on install cdrom uder support/tools - run setup. --- Steve
