group policies

I have a call center where we have multilogin for
different workstations

I want to setup fivce different groups which will have
five different policies (all the stations are windows 2000
Pro and the server is 2000)

QA- no access except for one program
Web_CSR: access to everything but not desktop changes
IVR-CSR: access to everything but desktop changes and
command line
Leads: all access but Icon moves
Sups: all access

How do I setup policies so one graps qa policies and other
grap leades. Please help how to do this with the ADS

You have to tells us about your AD design. Are threes users in different OUs
if so you can create and link policies for each OU. Other wise you may want
to filter the scope of Group Policy according to security group membership
to do so see the link below.
