Group Policies in Windows 2000 Advanced Server

My Group Policies are not getting Applied. I have created a small domain
environment in which I have one client as Windows 98 Computer other two are
Windows 2000 professional computers. I can join the computers in domain but
my Group Policies are not getting applied why?

Group policies will not affect pre Win 2k clients. Don't expect to see the
Win 98 client get the policies.

The Win 2k clients, are they in the OU you applied the group policy to?

Are you sure you have DNS set up correctly? Can you describe your DNS set
up? What is the IP address of the DNS server for the AD domain? (this would
be the DNS server each of your AD clients point to for DNS)
This is not your ISP's DNS server right?
