Group Policies and laptop out of the office

Hello,
When in the office, our laptops use the Group Policies our AD.
But what about when our laptops are out of the office ?
Which policies are applied in this case ?
Are all Group Policies not available and in this case I have to define
Local Group Policies ?

Any advices are welcome
 
The applied policies are leaved unchanged. Your Mobile Desktops keep the
settings by GPO:s even offline.
