Group Permissions on Personal Folders

Is it possible to assign rights on users personal folders (i.e calendar or
inbox) to a security group.

We have attempted this;
- Created user 'X', added to Universal Security Group (mail enabled) 'Y'
- As user 'Z'. Use outlook to assign group 'Y' reviewer rights to calendar.
- From X's outlook... File -> Open other users folder -> Z's calendar.
"Unable to open Folder"

The same scenario on a public folder works prefectly.

Win Srv 2003 Sp1, Exhange 2003 sp1, Outlook 2003 SP2.

It should work on a mailbox folder, too. You must might need to wait a little bit for the permissions to be effective.
