Group membership issue

I have an issue that crops up from time to time. A user
with a large number of groups(over 40) will occassionally
drop rights asscoiated with the groups at the lower end of
the list when viewed through user properties. We applied a
patch to our Citrix servers and have SP4 on our DC's. Has
anyone else seen this?

Are the clients running the latest service pack associated with their operating
system?

Service packs have been applied to Citrix, SAN and Domain
Controllers.
