Group Mail For Windows Mail

Okay I'm trying to add group mail to my contacts but for some reason in my
contacts folder I don't have the toolbar that has this option. I've looked on
the Help menu but the screen shot that shows I don't have that. How can I get
my toolbar to show up? I'm using the Windows Mail for Vista also.
