Group invitation on Calendar

Does anyone know how to block others calendar without sending an invitation
to them?

Can I mass put things on others calendar? (within the same server?)
 
You can add events to peoples calendar if you have permission to view the
folder and make appointments on it. you'd need to do it one calendar at a
time.
