Group for IIS?

What group does someone need to be in in order to administer IIS
remotely from the snap-in?

But that's the thing.. i don't want them to have complete local admin
access on the box.. I just want them to have access to the IIS server on
the local machine.
ARG! Why is windows like this... on Linux you just change permissions
on the apache.conf file and all is well...

Set permissions on the ISM MMC? Or create a special one just for them?
(Caveat: I don't know if this will work.)

This would be better in an IIS group. wouldn't it?
