Group Email

Hello,

I work with a group inbox in Outlook 2007. With multiple hands in one
basket, it can get confusing at times who has opened up which email. Is
there a way to determine who opened up which email? Maybe we can find out
using the IP address or the MAC address.

Perhaps move them to a box assigned to the person that opens them.

Using a system with categories works for most scenarios like these.
