Group Email - Maximum and Tips?

Hi -

Just wondering what the best way would be to send out a massive group
email (2000 addresses set up as a contact list on Excel). Is there a
maximum I can send out at one time? And is there some trick besides
copying and pasting from Excel over and over again?

do a mail merge in Word, using the excel as the data file, don't do too many
at a time or you isp will block it as spam

First, your ISP sets the limits, not Outlook. Seconde, Outlook isn't all
that great at mass mail. See if something here help:
