I am using Microsoft Outlook. I want to make up a Bcc group of e-mail
addresses from customers in my inbox and contact so that I can create a sales
e-mail and send it to everyone in the group.

Can someone tell me how to do it?

First you need to get your customers into contacts. Or save them into a
database (more work, but a better long-term solution).

If you use BCC, sure, recipients will only see their own email addresses
(not everyone elses), but most mail servers restrict the number of
recipients per email message. I suggest you use mailmerge (look in the
help or google for Outlook mailmerge) or try our email scheduler
(http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm) which will allow you to send
multiple individual emails, html or plain text, with attachments, either as
a one-off or regularly at a specified time and interval

Actually, they wouldn't unless their client or server does something odd,
like put your address on the To line if nothing else is there.

They *should* see nothing in either To or CC unless something is added.
but most mail servers restrict the number of recipients per email message.

Actually, I think you'd need to search for mail merge with a space. Just
saying. =)\
