group calendars

What is the easiest way to setup a group calendar? We want to be able
to have an individuals calendar (non-private items) displayed in a
public folder assigned to that group.

For example: Sales would have it's own group and those in the sales
security/distribution group would have access to that calendar and
every item they inserted into their own calendar would show up in the
public folder for the sales calendar.

I'm not even sure if this is possible. I am running exchange 2003 and
outlook 2003 as the client.
