Group by date

hi, all

I am trying to group my incoming mails by "received date" ( just th
date, without the time portion). How to go for this?

eg:
I have three e-mail received on 25 dec, 25 Dec and 27 Dec at differen
time. i want to have 2 folders, one for 25 Dec and another for 27 De
so that i have 2 mails park under 25 Dec and one under 27Dec ( i wan
to see the time portion for the e-mails)

I have tried to group by "Received" and format the column without tim
portion, but it end up grouping by "Received" with different date-tim
and the email park under each folder has no time portiont ( which i
actually opposite of what I want). It end up many many folders.

can someone guide me on this? many thank

Version of outlook? (not that it really matters - it's not possible to
exclude the time in older versions and ol2003 uses arrange by - and you are
limited to that arrangement.
