I have established a group for regular email. How do I configure it so no
one can see who else is in the group, i.e. BCC?

Simply put the new group in the BCC field when you send a new message. If
you don't see the BCC field, then

a.. If you are using Word as your e-mail editor, on the toolbar, click the
drop-down arrow to the right of the Options button, and click Bcc.
b.. If you are not using Word as your e-mail editor, on the View menu,
click Bcc Field.

Outlook doesn't have "groups". It has DIstribution Lists. Put the DL name
in the Bcc field when you send the message.
