Hi,

Is there any way to print grid lines in Excel 2007 for a complete page even
though you do not have data in all cells on the page.

Thanks

For excel to identify the used range just leave a space in the right bottom
cell in that page..and then try>Printpreview>Sheet>Gridlines

If this post helps click Yes

In A1 enter a space.

In M56 enter a space.

Set print range to A1:M56

Excel will happily print with gridlines.

Of course you must checkmark "gridlines" in page setup>sheet

Hi,

Just define the Print Area as extending down as far as you want the grids to
show, no need for a space at the bottom right corner.

Page Layout, Print Area, Set Print Area

Hi All,

Thanks for the replies.

I tried Shane's suggestion and it worked. It seemed like the easiest way of
printing gridlines.

Thanks again.
