Does anyone know where I can get the green WM5 theme as advertised on
Microsofts site for Windows Mobile 5 OS?

Since you didn't point to what you're talking about, exactly, I'm not sure,
but most mobile-related stuff can be found via www.microsoft.com/mobile.
