green font only in windows explorer

For some unexplicable reason, and only in windows explorer XP PRO, various
files from zips to downloaded files; the colour of the fonts for file names
appears light green. Anyone have an idea how to reassert to black?

Normally this means those files are encrpted with EFS. Right click on a
green file and pick properties. Click on the Advamced button. Is there a
check mark beside Encrypt contents to secure data?
